The floor plans add to the professional Virtual Tours and professional photography the estate agency has been offering for some time.  Chas Everitt Constantia agents already enjoy multiple benefits that help maintain their competitive position is this keenly traded area.

Brazilian architectural student Romeu Santana has been contracted by the Chas Everitt franchise to undertake the project for a six month trial period.

"We are very excited about Romeu's talents and look forward to this new offering with great expectations," said Sally Gracie, one of the Chas Everitt Constantia area specialists. "There is a demand for this as internationally floor plans for prestigious properties are almost expected, so we are very pleased to once again be first with this exciting offering."
